I love the story behind this dish for Rebecca! I just love Rebecca’s story period. If you don’t know about her please look her up. She is a woman on a mission and a very inspiring one. This dish is so light and delicious that it can fool you and make you believe that it isn’t super sweet. This dish is a must make for a big gathering with those you love. Pull someone you are close with in the kitchen with you and make pavlova, you will have a blast…..make sure to hold the bowl over their head. LOL!
