Chef Lionel Heydel is simply amazing. The Diaz family handed him a family favorite and he rose the challenge. The Trinidad chicken brown stew chicken is a family favorite in the Diaz household, one that I think most of you would love! The fun part about this show is that Chef Lionel had no clue what the dish was until Junette revealed it to him. Then he only had 45 minutes to either recreate it or add a couple of ingredients to it. So tell me…..do you think Chef Lionel can recreate this dish?
