Golabki with Annette

I absolutely love it when people know their family history.  I love it even more when they pass it down to their children. Annette, is one of those women and I appreciate that about her.  Her drive to not only hold on to her family’s traditions but also teach them to her children is admirable.  The joy she had making this dish was great because this is not just a dish for herself, this is her past and her future.  I hope you enjoy making this dish and while you are at it, grab someone you love and make it with them as well!  They are delicious!
