Ed’s Meatballs

Who doesn’t love a good meatball and sauce?  This one comes with a love story that will just make your heart melt.  Ed’s mother and father meeting at Delaware Park here in Buffalo, NY is an amazing story.  When I hear of stories of family having food, music and tons of people around, it makes my heart happy.  With those stories come tons of memories.  You can tell Ed’s family left him with a lot memories to pass down to his children.  You must stop by and see he and his lovely wife Kristen at The Deli in East Aurora.  Their shop looks, smells and tastes like love.  You will experience local vendors, food made from scratch and sandwiches that are out of this world!  Enjoy this segment and grab someone you love to make this recipe with.
