Paul’s Dressing

My friend Paul has a story that so many of his have that we share around the holidays.  When you have lost a loved one, many things can be hard to deal with.  This dish was one that was very hard for him when his late wife passed.  Paul decided to face it head on and tackle the dish to help him move forward.  This was a part of the healing process not only for himself but also for his family.  This dressing is beyond delicious, and at the same time holds special meaning to his family and everyone around him loves it.  I now understand why!  If you try it, you will too!
