There were so many things that I loved about this segment.  Not only did I love the dish, I loved Pheben’s personality.  To learn about her family and the traditions that come along this dish was amazing.  Her mother means so much to her and I could tell by how important it was to her to get this dish right.  It was so exciting to see her put this together.  Don’t watch this segment for the dish alone, watch this segment to catch something super important that Pheben talks about……the big difference that having family and love makes!  I hope you enjoy!
