My goofy friends knows how to cook and make us laugh, does it get any better?  Kyria’s grandmother taught him how to make this dish and boy am I glad that she did and you will be as well!  In my house, the yams always go first, it’s one of my favorite dishes.  This recipes is one that we can all make after that family member has left!  Am I the only one that has wondered what to do with the left overs after the dish that goes with everything is gone?   The yams must go with the ham that must go with the dressing. We will no longer have this problem my friends.  What I love the most about this dish is the memories that Kyria and his family have.  You can tell that they are rich with memories and there is absolutely nothing that can top that!
